Students can request a transfer to a different batch if:
Students who wish to transfer should contact their instructor or submit a transfer request through the student portal. This request should be made at least 5 business days before the new batch starts to allow for administrative processing.
Our team will review the request and check availability in the desired batch. Approval depends on space availability and the timing of the request.
Once approved, students will receive a confirmation email with details of their new batch, including any updated schedules and resources.
All course materials, progress records, and assessments completed in the original batch will be transferred to the new batch to ensure continuity.
