Refunds and Refund Credits

If student pays for any course and are unable to continue for any reason then student must inform us before starting that course. You can request to refund your payment to Innovative Skills before that time limit otherwise your request will be marked as invalid. No refund is due to you if you request it after the time limit has passed.

Innovative skills may change their class scheudle due to various circumstance. Innovative Skills will notify the student for updated schedule. In this case, if any students does not agree with updated schedule, student can request for refund or Innovative Skills can do refund the all payment.

If there was any devcoin awarded to your referrer due to your course purchase, then that amount will be deducted from your refund amount. Also, any payment gateway charges will be deducted. For example, if you were referred by a person, then referrer is subject to received 5% of your payments, and you are supposed to received 5% discount in the course and there is 3% gateway charge for online and mobile payments. Thus if you take refund, you will receive 8% less from the amount you have paid.

We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you get your content (website, mobile), and other factors.
